Revisiting the legacy of Lucky Strike
Lucky Strike is a tobacco brand with personality that has become an icon over the years. Considered by many as a lifestyle, its impact on popular culture has inspired several contemporary artists to create their own version of the brand, from its logo to the iconic pack. With the launch of the new Lucky Strike brand code in Spain in October 2019, British American Tobacco prepared a series of internal actions to involve its employees in this historic change.

In order to enhance these actions, an editorial piece was created that collects the history of Lucky Strike through historical facts, anecdotes and images that testify to the evolution of the brand. The graphic development combines elements of the new brand code with key resources of the logo to create compositions that speak the language of Lucky Strike.
The use of collage on each double page also plays an important role in unifying the message of the text and showing the story with images, creating a literary and visual journey that reinforces the iconic character that Lucky Strike has created in popular culture.
