In this project, the creation of characters and their development in a 3D environment is tackled as an intuitive way to understand the world of 3D motion graphics, its resources and how to generate stories. The goal is to generate a visual and sound narrative that shows the development of a character in an unexpected environment, using the possibilities of 3D modeling and animation.
"Paranormal Activities" is a fun and simple 3D animated short that takes you through the daily life of a ghost and the mishaps it suffers while trying to live day to day.
Each scene uses only representative elements of action, without a wider context. For example, the floor cleaning scene presents only a vacuum cleaner to transport the viewer to a familiar environment. The models and scenarios have an aesthetic that evokes plastic toys and playdough figures, giving it a distant tone from the gloomy.
